My Junk Your Treasure was started by a serial entrepreneur that collected items from the businesses he ran and shut down. Because he is a collector, he refused to sell the items he had collected along the way. After much thought and consideration, he created another business that would allow him to rent his possessions so he wouldn’t have to sell them.
